Behind the Scenes with the Wine Maker (exclusive to Master Key Club Members Only)

Join Keyways wine maker, David Raffaele as he hosts a tutorial session in our production Room during Peak Harvest Season. You will be surrounded by the actual production process where you will experience first-hand the techniques of the various stages of wine making. Topics may include: Fermentation Techniques, Grape Maturity Methodology, difference in Red and White Protocols, Barrel Usage.
Immediately following the hour session, MKC members will enjoy a reception where you will be first to sample Keyways Wines
Two Sessions will be offered: 1:30pm -3:00pm & 4:00-5:30 pm *Reservations and Confirmation Numbers Required

The grapes have been plucked and the soil churned. The smell of crushed grapes will permeate the air! It is harvest season and Keyways plans to have a bountiful Celebration!
