By law, Keyways Vineyard & Winery cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless corked or flawed.
Out of Stock Items
Even though we constantly monitor inventory to ensure our stock accuracy, there may be occasions that certain vintages or varietals sell out. When that occurs, our Key Club Team will contact you for replacing with a comparable selection.
Damaged Items
To ensure the highest quality, damaged items will be replaced or refunded. To arrange for the refund, please contact Key Club Tea m at: keyclub@keywayswine.com or call 626.799.1388.
Refund Credit Card
Upon the email written approval by Key Club Team, we will process a refund to the credit card used at time of purchase after receiving the returned orders. The refund may take up to 2 billing cycle to appear on your bank statement.
