Two-thirds of our Reserve Chardonnay has been barrel fermented with four months of sur lie aging making this wine layered and complex for the most discerning wine drinker. The oak is very well balanced against bright acidity and a creamy texture. Caramelized green apples, white peaches, and apricots complement toasty and buttery flavors of nutmeg and custard. This wine will pair well alongside white fish garnished with tropical chutney salsa.
